Because the Instagram algorithm cares very much about the engagement your posts get and how quickly it gets them! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So posting at a time when your followers are online greatly increases the odds of gaining likes. It\u2019s also a great signal to Instagram that the content you post is of good quality meaning your posts will be shown to more of your followers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generally, there are two best times to post on Instagram, during lunchtime and in the evenings; these will be 11am &#8211; 1pm &amp; 7pm &#8211; 9pm respectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figure out where you followers are based, as you might be surprised to find your followers based on a different timezone to yourself!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generally, Wednesday &amp; Thursday tend to have a slightly higher level of engagement than most days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite all of this it is still important to do your own research and investigate the best times to post for your audience and industry. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have you figured out the best time to post for your business?
