If you plan\u00a0on running a competition on Instagram did you know there are a few rules that must be followed?<\/p>\n<p>When holding a competition your post must include an acknowledging statement to say that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram; and a release of Instagram by each person participating in the contest.<\/p>\n<p>In the rules of your competition you must include the terms, any eligibility requirements and the prizes offered.
