Zion Ephraim | Customer Service Executive

Hi, I’m Zion and I am the Customer Service Executive at Dental Focus. My role involves providing support with our website maintenance, Search Engine Optimisation, and Social Media plans.

At Dental Focus, I work on:

Website updates, maintenance, and developments
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Creating and maintaining relationships with our clients
Maintaining website compliance standards (GDC, CQC, and ICO)

After graduating in Media and Digital Practice from the University of Portsmouth, I continued my venture into the digital realm. I enjoy website design, video editing, logo creation, and the exciting world of NFTs.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, boxing, cooking my national dishes from Italy and Nigeria, watching movies, reading books, and travelling.

Fantastic customer care - helped me out of a nightmare situation with a former webhost. Efficient and communicative, thanks to everyone especially Dom, Zion and Krishan.
