Instagram will be making a change to the newsfeed to give users the option to view posts in chronological order rather than the Instagram algorithm which is based on what it thinks you want to see.

Instagram now allows you to add the # and @ symbols in your bio meaning you can link to specific profiles or have your profile show up in specific hashtags.

Snapchat are introducing a new feature for its Snap map which will highlight exciting events based on friend or featured stories.
